Tower Site Maintenance and Inspection

 

RnR Engineering can perform on-site maintenance service. Our basic package provides scheduled visits on a monthly or quarterly basis. This package includes cleaning the grounds and building, changing air filters, killing weeds, clearing growth from fence and guy wires, repairing or modifying site buildings or fencing.

 

As the number of tower sites grow, it often becomes difficult for the station operator to maintain the quality of existing sites when focused on the other priorities such as system operation. RnR Engineering can help by performing detailed inspection services. RnR Engineering Inspection services are designed to meet our customer’s requirements. Inspections may include the following: 

 

· Inventory and tagging of equipment

· Checking guy wire tension

· Checking tower plumbness

· Checking equipment for proper installation and grounding

· Inspecting the paint and lighting system

· Checking for corrosion

· Inspecting building and grounds

 

We can also include any other items desired by the customer. We provide detailed reports and pictures on the condition of your sites. You can then decide what action should be taken.
